Gazpacho Soup!

The one soup where the preparation takes longer than the cooking process.
Gazpacho Soup:

French bread – crust removed (sliced) 12 slices
Olive oil – 4 ounces
Tomato concassé – 2 ½ pounds
Cucumber – peeled, seeded, diced 3 each
Green bell peppers – (seeded) 1 ¼ pounds
Onion – (peeled)4 ounces
Garlic cloves – peeled, chopped 6 each
Extra virgin olive oil – 5 ounces
Tomato juice – As needed
Sherry vinegar – 5 ounces
Salt – To taste
Black pepper – freshly ground -To taste
Worcestershire sauce -To taste
