Halibut fillet 3 pounds

Panko bread crumbs 1 cup

Parmesan cheese ¼ cup

Garlic powder 2 teaspoons

Onion powder 2 teaspoons

Ginger ground 1 teaspoon

Kosher Salt As needed

White pepper freshly ground As needed

Vegetable oil As needed

Eggs 4 each

Heavy cream 4 ounces
