Gin Hidden Under Our Petticoats

Gin, grapefruit and absinthe make one tasty drink. Happy Sunday everyone!

 

Ingredients

Absinthe (St. George)

60ml Plymouth Gin

40ml Grapefruit juice

30ml Plymouth Sloe Gin

1 Grapefruit wedge to garnish

 

Method

1. Rinse a chilled cocktail class with absinthe and set aside.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.

3. Shake, then strain into the prepared glass.

4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
