What’s for Lunch?
For some this next dish is a guilty pleasure and a once a month meal. It’s so delicious but may not be the healthiest on the menu. For those who have never had this, well … you’re just missing out! Love sandwiches, sick of the typical ham and cheese on plain old white bread? Time to change it up in a BIG way!
What you’re going to need …
- 8 slices of corned beef
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- half pound bacon
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained (optional)
- pumpernickel OR rye bread (toast rye bread)
Serve this delicious, heavy sandwich with your favorite chips & a juicy dill or garlic pickle!
