We recently had the opportunity to go behind the scenes with baker Marissa Schildt for her latest project. Not only did we get to taste test everything but we also got to get down and dirty. She brought us through how she creates the perfect Champagne cupcakes & cookies for an engagement party she was catering this past weekend. Finally, after 3 bottles of Champagne, a jar of gold edible glitter & a ton of butter, it was party ready!
