Check out the color on these beauties! Who doesn’t love a soft but crispy potato am I right? For today’s recipe, we’re sharing our twist on a traditional red skin potato. Nothing too crazy, but definitely a must try! Did we mention it’s another one of our delicious side dishes we served for this years Thanksgiving Feast? Let’s get started …

What you’ll need


  • 5 lb. Red Skin Potatoes (1 Bag)
  • Fresh Dill or Dry (as needed)
  • Rosemary Olive Oil blend or Olive Oil
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Black Pepper (as needed)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

    Chef Notes

Such a simple recipe! Don’t worry if you don’t have any special Olive Oil blends, just be sure to always use a GOOD Olive Oil in any recipe. Be sure to roast these beautiful tators for an hour at approximately 350-375 degree. If you don’t have any more fresh garlic lying around, garlic powder also works as a great substitute.
