Usually we tend to stay away from fruit based desserts like this delicious Yuzu Eclair but RÉCOLTE may have changed our minds for the future. Filled with citrus pastry cream and yuzu jam, topped with a refreshing yuzu ganache and white chocolate. Who could say no to this?
